Hayden Patriquin Took the Callout, Texted Back, Then Went 10-0

Zane Navratil says he didn’t exactly soft-launch his critique of Hayden’s Columbus performance: “last week I basically kind of like laid into Hayden's performance in Columbus cuz Hayden's performance was bad in Columbus.”

Hayden’s reply, as Navratil read it on PicklePod, was blunt and useful: “Good post. I needed some [ __ ] fire. I will show you [ __ ] ball this week.”

Then came the wink-worthy part: according to Navratil, Hayden “showed up this week, went 10 and0, brought it to Ben John's in men's doubles.”

Navratil says he followed up afterward — “Dude, you showed up this week. This is exactly what you you needed” — and Hayden answered: “Yo, you actually lit a fire under my ass. I needed it.”
